Clients opt in by entering their phone number and submitting an online form at https://wearehopeinc.org/contact-us/, or by verbally providing their number to a We Are HOPE, Inc. representative. Clients are informed at the time of collection that text messages will only be used for case-related updates and appointment coordination.
Types of Messages:
We will only send SMS messages related to your case or appointment scheduling. No promotional or marketing messages will be sent.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency will vary based on your case activity, communication needs, and service schedule.
Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
