We are a coalition of like-minded individuals who support the education and connection of women via educational opportunities, networking events and one on one mentorship.

We share knowledge and networking tools with Door County women to assist in the journey of becoming more confident, successful and empowered individuals.
WHO DO WE HELP?
Mentor Door County offers programming focused on women and those who identify as female who have ties to or currently reside in Door County, Wisconsin.
HOW DO WE MEASURE SUCCESS?
Our success in measured by number of participants served and also by systematic feedback from programming and the one-on-one mentor matches.
WHAT IS OUR ULTIMATE GOAL?
Our ultimate goal is that through our endeavors we create a greater sense of belonging and connectivity in our community amongst ALL Door County women.
